- We will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.
- Returns are for free for the Netherlands with PostNL. Of course you can return your goods with the carrier of your choice. Please note that you are responsible for the return cost in this case.
- As soon as we have received the returned products you will receive a confirmation. We will check the products and process the reimbursement quickly. You should be reimbursed within 4 days.

Returns via other carriers
If you prefer to return with the carrier of your own choice, please note that you are responsible for the return cost in this case. Please follow these steps.
Step 1. Fill in the online form beneath this page. You will receive a confirmation by email .
Step 2. Please return the products to us with the carrier of your choice.
Extra Note on Climbing Safety Equipment
You can return Climbing Safety Equipment to us, however we are very strict on condition. Everything must be as it was received, with all labels (safety labels), tags and packaging still on the product. Ropes must not be unpacked or uncoiled. If we feel that the product has been used or is not as supplied we will refuse the cancellation on safety grounds.
To ensure that you will receive your products the quickest possible we do not offer exchanges as stock levels might have changed since the first purchase. Please return the goods as explained in our Return Policy and enter a new order.
Should you decide not to want the products anyway shortly after you ordered, then please inform us by mail asap firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +31 (0)648 96 10 80. If the order hasn't been handed over to the courier, we can cancel the order.
If there should be a defect with the purchased item, please notify us. Send us a digital image of the defect asap with a short explanation to email@example.com and our team will communicate this to the responsible manufacturer. Our team will do all they can to help you with the claim.
